EUCALYPTUS

learn more

The leaves of the eucalyptus species used in the spray smell strongly of lemon and eucalyptus just by touching them. While we humans find this very pleasant, the scent tends to deter mosquitoes, ticks and horseflies - to the delight of horse and rider! In our spray, the eucalyptus scent is only subtle.

SALTIDIN®

learn more

The proven insect repellent is not only effective against mosquitoes in different climate zones, the repellent also keeps numerous types of flies and ticks away and offers reliable protection. Saltidin® remains on the skin and is hardly absorbed by the body. It is therefore considered non-irritating to the skin and non-skin-sensitizing. So bloodsuckers have bad cards!

Anwendung

Simply spray the insect repellent spray sparingly onto the horse's coat from a distance of around 25 cm. Is your four-legged friend a sensitive soul? Then it's better to apply the spray with a cloth. Avoid sensitive areas of the body such as the eyes, ears, nostrils and mucous membranes. Riders apply the insect repellent in a thin layer to the skin. Tada! You and your horse are now protected from nasty vermin.

Avoid sensitive areas of the body (eyes, ears, nostrils and mucous membranes). For external use only. Active protection takes effect immediately.
Our protective spray is ADMR compliant. There is no waiting period to be observed.

PROTECTIVE SPRAY FOR HORSE AND RIDER

And best of all: Thanks to very good skin tolerance and high acceptance by horses and humans, it is wonderfully suitable for both your darling and you. This is also ensured by the ideally coordinated combination of Saltidin® and essential oils. The so-called repellent is completely harmless to horse and rider and is delivered to you ready to use. So you and your four-legged friend can organize everyday stable life all year round without stress and, above all, without vermin.

Year-round protection

WHY GOOD INSECT PROTECTION IS SO IMPORTANT

Insects and bloodsuckers buzzing around are annoying, no question about it. But did you know that they can also cause serious health problems in your horse? Diseases are often transmitted through insect bites. For example, if a mosquito bites an animal infected with a horse disease, there is a chance that the pathogens will then be transmitted to your four-legged friend. In addition, your darling can become infected with diseases such as the dangerous anaplasmosis through a tick bite, which often causes fever, listlessness and swollen lymph nodes. What many riders don't know: Sweet itch, which is very painful for horses, is also triggered by insects. If your darling is bitten by female Culicoides mosquitoes, there is a chance that painful eczema will develop on the horse's skin. Because the mosquito saliva contains a protein to which sensitive horses can react allergically. Our insect stop protective spray is also fighting against wound infections caused by insects.
